How elegant you will be in the Black and White Dream Top Hat.  The hat is 6" in height, in a soft white 100% wool felt.  The hat is trimmed in a black beaded lace braid along the brim and around the top of the hat.  A black lace overlay, satin band with bow, and a tiered veil with flowered edging give this hat it's distinct elegant look.  There are black sequined appliques that look like wings are attached to the hat, with one on top.  Satin and chiffon roses, with 2 large 18" ostrich feathers in black and white sit beautifully on the side of the hat.  Black goggles (fully detachable) have silver intricate cogs for the lens.  All these touches add to the overall Steampunk Stylings of the beautiful Top hat.  Wear this top hat and DREAM ON of a different time where Air Ships and Tea Duelling await!
