The bright simulated wool Red Top Hat has a soft black repurposed rabbit fur band.  The antler is attached to the side and has silver laced tips with a rhinestone brooch.  There is black lace trim circling the top of the hat.  Silver cogs and charms adorn the side.  Up front is a rhinestone clock with a fob style chain attaching to the fun band.  You will stand out with this classic red and black Steampunk styled top hat.
