Tea Party or Tea Duelling...you'll want to wear this Top Hat.
 
Tea Party time!  This simulated grey wool top hat is 6" high.  The brim and the top edge of the hat are trimmed with black braid. A delicate black lace covers the body of the top hat.  There is a band of baby pink satin roses around the brim.  A light pink mesh on the front gives a look of mystery.  There are two veil trailing down the back of the hat.  One veil has soft pink and green flowers, the other is a soft black lace.  Black tulle, satin ribbons, and a lace bow finish off the veil.  Ostrich feathers adoren the back of the hat from underneath the veils.  On the front of the top hat is a vintage brooch with ruby and clear rhinestones.  And last but not least, there are three vintage china dolls sitting pretty on the brim raising their tea cups for the party.  Embellishing the side of this top hat are tiny tea cups, a spoon, wings, and a charm saying "dream as if you'll live forever"!
