This bright red simulated wool 6" high top hat is banded in black and white stripes to give that Circus Master look. Black gimp brain trims both the brim and top edge. Gold coloured chains are corsetted along the front with a plume of black and white feather rising from the back. On both side gold fringe is hung giving the feel of shoulder epaulettes. The kaleidoscope goggles with gold accents finishes the look for that Grand Circus Master image. A Steampunk Circus Top Hat.
