HALLOWEEN FUN...SKELETON ATTACK!!!
 
With Halloween being able to be celebrated this year after a long lockdown, I created some skeleton fun.   Halloween Scream has  5 animated skeletons on a 6" high, black simulated wool top hat.  The hat is trimmed with black gimp braid and is banded in a crushed black velvet to give it that Halloween feel.  A long chiffon black scarf gives it the Rockers' edge.  Make yourself scene this year at your outdoor Halloween bash in this fun distinctive top hat.  Remember to stay safe but EXPRESS YOURSELF  with style!!!!!
