Feeling Regal with this Armoured Guard with me.
 
This rich Burgundy burnt velvet top hat is made from simulated black wool and is 6" high.  The deep burgundy velvet bands the hat and has a matching long sash scarf with fringe.  Black velvet braid trims both the brim and along the top edge.  Little pewter coloured medival armoured guards stand watch on all 4 sides of this hat.  There is a 1984 Silver dollar encased on the front, with a winged crown sitting prominantly up front.  The back of this top hat is corseted with a burgundy cord.  All this regal styling of the top hat will set you apart from others and help complete your Steampunk outfit.
