WHAT IS SHE SAYING TO THAT DRAGON I WONDER!?
 
When the battles get tough, you need the Dragon Whisperer to settle things down.  The brown simulate wool 6" hight top hat is trimmed in a brown gimp braid.  The hat is banded in a vintage tapestry of sage greens, cream, and apricot colours, that is corsetted down the back. There is a soft green scarf with fringe circling the hat, secured with brown suede staps.  A beautiful dragon head is attached to the front of the hat with a Forest Fairy whispering into its' ear.  A wing with pheasant feathers are on the side.   Adorning the opposite side of the hat are golden dragons, cogs and charms lending itself towards Steampunk cosplay.  With the details, the hat has a mystical, magical, forest fairy feeling.
